On July 15, 2025, Hipech announced that the Swift series of economical DC single-gun charging piles were put into production in batches. The series covers three power levels of 20 kW, 30kw and 40 kW. The body has a 7-inch display screen, supports scanning codes, swiping cards, and scheduled charging. The 20 kW model has an output voltage of 200-1000VDC, and the working current is continuously adjustable from 0-133A. Optional 4G module and OCPP 1.6 protocol can be easily connected to major operating platforms. The whole machine has IP54 protection, multiple safety protections, and two installation methods of wall mounting/column mounting, making the station layout more flexible.
Product advantages
• High cost performance: The 20-40 kW power range balances cost and charging speed, which is 30-50% lower than the investment of high-power DC piles and saves more than 60% of charging time than AC piles.
• Flexible deployment: body weight <150 kg, column mode, can be installed and used in community underground garages and shopping mall ground parking spaces.
• Intelligent operation: standard code scanning + card swiping, optional 4G + OCPP 1.6, remote upgrade, power scheduling, time-sharing billing in one step.
• Safe and reliable: overvoltage, overcurrent, leakage, lightning protection, emergency stop and other ten-fold protection, the whole machine IP54, -20 ℃ ~ +55 ℃ stable operation.
Typical application scenarios
Residential communities/office buildings: Recharge at night or during working hours, 3-4 hours can fully charge mainstream 60 kWh models, solving the "range anxiety" of owners and employees.
Shopping malls/hotels/scenic spots: Take advantage of the fragmented time of customers staying for 1-2 hours to provide 20-40 kW "fast but not over-equipped" charging services to improve customer flow stickiness.
Online car-hailing/logistics vehicle centralized parking spots: vehicles are used alternately and rotated to supplement electricity, which has less impact on the grid than high-power piles, higher efficiency than AC piles, and a shorter payback period for operators.
Distributed microgrid/photovoltaic storage and charging integrated station: 20-40 kW power is easy to match with photovoltaics and energy storage, realizing "on-site power generation and on-site charging" and reducing demand electricity charges.
With the implementation of "unified construction and unified operation" and community charging subsidy policies in various places, the Hipech Swift series provides a shortcut for public stations, real estate properties, and small and medium-sized operators to quickly deploy DC charging networks with its "economical, compact, and intelligent" characteristics.
